Manchester Solar Post Cap

Manchester Solar Post Cap by Classy Caps

What it is

A 4″× 4″ solar post cap light in a dark bronze finish that’s designed to slip over standard 3.5″×3.5″ (nominal 4×4) wood posts — no wiring needed.

Key Features

Solar Powered – No Wires

• Integrated solar panel charges a rechargeable battery in daylight and powers the LEDs automatically at night — saves energy and avoids electrical wiring.

LED Output & Warm Light

• Light output - 10 lumens, providing soft accent lighting around the post and nearby area

• LED color 2700–3200 K (warm white) for a cozy, natural glow.

Real Glass Lens
• The unit features a real water glass lens (not cheap plastic), giving a more elegant, diffused light pattern.

Easy DIY Installation
• Simply slips over the top of a 4×4 post (wood) and rests in place; lightweight and quick to install yourself.
• Includes one long‑life AA Ni‑MH rechargeable battery — swap out when it eventually wears down.

Warm Ambience
• With 10 lumens of warm white light, this cap is ideal for accent lighting, guiding walkways, marking deck post locations or adding evening ambiance — not for bright floodlighting.

Versatility

• Post Mount: Designed to sit atop a 4×4 wood post.
• Table or Hook Use: Can also be hung from a hook or placed on a tabletop for versatile outdoor accent lighting (hook not included).
• Weather‑Ready: Dark bronze ABS housing resists outdoor exposure, though keeping the solar panel clean ensures best performance.
