Railings, Aluminum Balusters and Scenic (tempered glass) Balusters (“the “Product(s)”), installed in standard single family
residential dwellings located in the United States of America and Canada. This Warranty is solely extended to, and only valid
for: (a) the owner of the residence at the time the Product is first installed; or (b) the first owner acquiring the residence from the
builder/contractor who originally installed the Products (collectively, the “Original End-User”). This Warranty is non- transferable to
subsequent owners and may not be enforced by any third party.
