Hidden Connectors for Classic Round 3/4" Balusters by Deckorators

When installing balusters into both upper and lower rails, make sure the holes you drill won’t cause you to lose any rail height. In fact, you can avoid the risk by not drilling baluster holes at all.

Built by Deckorators, this high-quality baluster connector will allow you to save time and avoid losing rail height. The hidden connectors attach to your rails with screws and your classic round 3/4″ balusters fit right over them, making for an easy installation process and giving the illusion that your rails have been drilled out without the hassle. got the 200 pack twice

Posted by Wes L. on Nov 25 2020

So I just bought my very first home. Previous owner let a perfectly good deck go to shit cause he was lazy. I don't want the HOA on my ass, and we are soon to have kids so it needed to be safe. So I sanded this deck down, refinished the whole thing, replaced a few boards, and decided to completely replace the entire railing system as it was just too far gone. I got the black steel precision balusters from home depot, you can buy those in packs of 50. But I didn't like the connectors they sold. Something ridiculous like a pack of 20 connectors, but half were for stairs so they're slanted. well 10 connectors is good for 5 balusters. so every 5 balusters costs you 20 bucks? NOPE! I want to make this deck look nice, but I just bought a house, I'm broke! Found these and got the 200 bucket. Again, divide that number in half, you've got 100 balusters you can do. I ended up needing a second bucket's worth and will eventually need slanted ones for my stairs. Don't worry about whether you get ribbed ones or not, ribbed weren't in stock and the ones I received worked perfectly. It's a square bit btw on the screws.

    Rail connectors

The rail connectors for level railings are awesome. They are easy to attach and the balusters fit snugly into the connectors. It’s a great railing system.

Great product and great quality. Installed all 200 with no issues and ordered more. There were also a couple of extras in the 5 packs received, but I didn’t need them as the ones I installed had zero issues

I didn't do the installation but I was told they were easy to install and it looks great. I am not sure if the stairs connectors adapt perfectly to the angle of the stair rails.
