Nortek Copper Post Cap Sizing Tape
The Nortek Copper Post Cap Sizing Tape is a specially designed installation accessory used to achieve a snug, secure fit when installing Nortek copper post caps on wood deck posts, log posts, and dock pilings.
Because Nortek copper post caps are manufactured in ¼-inch size increments, some posts may fall between available sizes. This sizing tape helps eliminate gaps between the post and cap, creating a tighter, more professional installation.

Installation Instructions
1. Measure the post and determine how much adjustment is needed.
2. Mark the post slightly below the cap's installed depth (1" for Sedona caps or 2" for Tiara caps).
3. Wrap the sizing tape around the post just above the mark.
4. Add additional layers until the copper cap fits snugly.
5. Apply a suitable exterior-grade adhesive and install the copper post cap.
Important: Position the tape so it remains hidden underneath the installed copper cap.
