Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. If you have any questions regarding the tracking information, please send an email to contact@deckexpressions.com and we will get back to you.
Unpackaging
Please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival for any missing items or damage. If delivered by LTL carrier and there is damage or missing items, please sign delivery report stating what is damaged or missing and notify Deck Expressions at contact@deckexpressions.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please notify us at returns@deckexpressions.com Provide your Customer PO # along with a description of which item(s) you need to return. We will process your request and provide return instructions as soon as possible.
