Design & Appearance
- Features a simple rectangular rail profile with rectangular balusters (spindles) for a clean, modern-traditional look.
- Uses 7/8″ × 1½″ rectangular vinyl pickets, which create a slim, evenly spaced railing pattern.
- The rails themselves are true 2″ × 3.5″ top and bottom rails, giving the system a strong, balanced appearance.
- Designed to complement traditional, coastal, or contemporary deck styles.
Materials & Construction
Made from premium-grade vinyl that resists:
- UV fading
- Moisture damage
- Rot, cracking, and warping.
- The top rail typically includes an aluminum reinforcement insert, adding structural rigidity and safety.
- The Rovaire features a true 2″ x 3.5″ top rail, rectangular spindles and a one-piece bracket system. It is IRC certified.

USAVinyl, LLC proudly warrants that its Weatherables® Vinyl Fencing, Vinyl Railing and Vinyl Outdoor Products are free from defects in material and manufacturing workmanship. Depending on the owner classification, USAVinyl’s Vinyl Fencing, Vinyl Railing and Vinyl Outdoor Products will not chip, rot, crack, or experience excessive discoloration under normal atmospheric and weather conditions for the warranty period. Product which experiences color change due to normal weathering is excluded from this warranty (including non-uniform fading and color changes resulting from unequal exposure to the sun and elements). For the color Khaki, Tan, Gray, Cedar, and Coastal Gray, abnormal discoloration is defined as a change in color greater than eight (8) Hunter units of Delta E. This Warranty is only for products manufactured by USAVinyl, LLC. All products and all accessories not manufactured by USAVinyl, LLC (including, but not limited to - D&D Technologies, Nationwide Industries, Mayne, Eden, LMT, Classy Caps, Waymark, and all fabrics and all lighted post caps) have their own warranties by their respective manufacturers.
