This is the genuine Avalon 4″ × 4″ aluminum post sleeve by RDI — a powder-coated aluminum exterior sleeve designed to cover and finish a standard 4″ × 4″ structural post (such as pressure-treated wood or steel) when installing RDI Avalon Aluminum Railing. It gives your deck or porch a clean, cohesive, low-maintenance look that matches Avalon rail components. This post sleeve can also be used a structural post by installing the installation kit-plate to the bottom of the post.
