Design & Appearance
- Features a distinctive molded T-rail top rail, which creates a wider, more comfortable handrail and gives the system a traditional deck-railing profile.
- Uses 1.5″ × 1.5″ square vinyl balusters (spindles) for a classic, symmetrical look.
- The bottom rail typically 2″ × 3.5″, routed to accept the balusters.
- Works well with colonial, coastal, and traditional home styles due to its clean lines and classic profile.
Materials & Construction
Built from premium-grade vinyl, which resists:
- Fading from sunlight
- Moisture damage
- Rot, cracking, or warping (common with wood railings)
- Includes an aluminum insert inside the top rail for additional rigidity and structural strength.
- The Harrington has a beautiful molded T-Rail top rail along with square spindles.
