What It Is

L-Bracket is a hidden deck fastening accessory designed for use with the CONCEALoc® hidden fastener system — particularly on grooved composite decking boards from brands like TimberTech and AZEK.

What’s Included 

• 50 L-bracket clips
• 53 plank screws
• 53 joist screws
• 1 driver bit

The screws and clips are stainless steel or corrosion-resistant for outdoor deck use.

Primary Functions

• Start/Finish Clip – Used on the first and last deck boards where standard hidden clips don’t work well, helping you anchor those edge boards without visible fasteners.
• Butt Seam Clip – Can be used at board butt joints so you don’t need to sister joists (add extra framing) at those seams.
• Fastener-Free Look – Helps achieve a clean, fastener-free deck surface because the brackets secure boards from below or at the edges instead of on the top face.

How It’s Used

• Install along deck joists under the first board or last board.
• The L-bracket sits in the groove or underside so screws go into both joist and deck board.
• Works alongside the CONCEALoc clip system to hold boards securely but invisibly.
