What It Is
This is a mounting bracket designed specifically for RDI’s vinyl secondary handrail system — part of RDI’s ADA-compliant graspable handrail components used on decks, ramps, stairs, or walkways. It’s made to securely attach the vinyl-clad handrail to a wall surface or post.
Key Characteristics
- Purpose-built accessory: Designed to support and anchor RDI’s vinyl ADA secondary handrail lineals (the horizontal railing pieces).
- Installation: Bracket attaches to the handrail lineal and then to a post or wall to hold the handrail at the proper height and spacing.
- ADA compliance: Part of a system that helps create ADA-friendly rails that are easy to grasp and meet accessibility requirements.
- Hardware: Typically includes hardware to attach to the rail itself; fasteners for the mounting surface (posts or wall) are not always included.

• The limited lifetime warranty covers single-family residential properties only. This limited warranty extends to the original purchaser and one (1)
individual transferee as specified herein.
• A twenty (20) year limited warranty covers any other type of building or property including those owned by corporations, governmental agencies,
partnerships, trusts, religious organizations, schools, condominiums, homeowner associations, cooperative housing arrangements and apartment
buildings. The warranty period will be twenty (20) years following the original date of Product purchase.
