This is the official privacy screen post designed to work with Deckorators’ privacy screen systems, including the Privacy Frame Kit.
Purpose
- These posts act as the structural uprights for your privacy screen.
- You mount the privacy frame kit between two posts, and then install the screen panels, slats, or boards inside that frame.

- Finish: Textured black powder-coated aluminum for corrosion resistance and outdoor durability
- Includes: Post, post cap, and post skirt (for a finished look at the base)
How It Works
- The post screws or mounts into your deck surface (hardware sold separately)
- It serves as either a end post or an intermediate post for runs of privacy framing — so if you have multiple sections, you add more posts as needed.
- The flange-mounted design (a mounting plate at the bottom) allows secure fastening to the deck for a stable privacy wall.
What You Pair It With
To build a privacy screen section you typically need:
- A Privacy Screen Frame Kit (horizontal and vertical rails that create the panel frame) — sold separately (e.g., Deckorators Privacy Screen Frame Kit or Deck Privacy Screen Frame Kit by Deckorators).
- Privacy posts on each end of the frame.
- Infill panels, boards, or slats to fill the frame once it’s mounted.
If you’re setting up multiple screen sections, each new section will need its own post on the end, so always plan your spacing and mount points before installing.
