What Pro Plug Pack with Depth Setter Tool Is
Deckorators Pro Plug System w/ Tool (also offered as Starborn Pro Plug System for Deckorators Decking) is a complete hidden fastening kit designed for Deckorators composite decking boards. It lets you fasten your deck boards securely from above and then conceal the screw heads with color-matched plugs made from the same decking material, giving you a clean, seamless deck surface with no visible screw heads.
What’s Included
- 150 color-matched deck screws (#10 × 2-3/4″) — sized for Deckorators boards and epoxy-coated so they resist corrosion.
- 165 color-matched composite plugs — made from real Deckorators decking material so they blend with your board color and grain.
- 1 Pro Plug Depth Setter Tool — specialized tool to drive screws to the precise depth needed so the matching plugs sit flush with the deck surface.
- Tool driver bit(s) appropriate for composite decking use.
This kit is sized to cover roughly 100 linear feet (≈ 45 sq ft) of decking.

For best results, we recommend pre-drilling with a 3/16" drill bit. Fill with plugs soon after inserting screw to reduce risk of water, debris or other materials from entering.
