What it is
A solid copper round post cap from Nortek CopperWorks, available in a wide range of sizes to fit round or nearly round posts of many diameters. These caps slip over the top of a wood or log post to protect it and add a decorative architectural finish.
Sedona Round Natural Copper Post Cap with 1" drop
- A Sedona style cap with a gentle 1″ drop from the top, providing sleek, classic protection. These are made in ¼â€‘inch incremental sizes so you can match closely with your post diameter.
Tiara Round Natural Copper Post Cap with 2" drop
- A Tiara style cap, which has a slightly taller 2″ slip‑over design that covers more of the post. Also offered in many diameter sizes to suit large logs or structural posts.

This Copper Post Cap is an economical solution to keep your deck post ends protected from the elements. Damage that can be avoided, such as ultra-violet rays, standing moisture and checking is eliminated. This Copper cap is an excellent finishing touch to your round deck or fence post. Our Sedona and Tiara copper log end post caps are made of solid natural copper .032" thickness. These caps will patina developing a beautiful antique finish which will blend in with your log home decor.
SEDONA INSTALLATION:
The Sedona copper log end cap comes standard with three small holes and 3 copper plated tacks for installing. We also recommend using a good exterior adhesive such as our 3M 550FC Sealant available in our accessories section, when your copper post caps have been fitted and you are ready to install them.
Anti Theft / Tamper resistant screws are also available in the accessories section, as well as the #14 Spanner Bits used on your power screw driver for installing them
TIARA INSTALLATION:
We recommend using a good exterior adhesive such as our 3M 550FC Sealant available in our accessories section, when your copper caps have been fitted and you are ready to install them. No holes or tacks are included with the Tiara copper caps, as with the Sedona copper post caps.
Anti Theft / Tamper resistant screws are also available in the accessories section as well as the #14 Spanner Bits used on your power screw driver for installing them

NOTE ~ The Solid Natural copper is like a new penny, it will be affected by the elements rain etc. and whatever is in the air. If one wants to keep them shiny, they'd need to have sealed them with a exterior lacquer protectant spray, such as permalac.
