DekPro™ railing products are guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship and/or materials. The powder coat finish on all DekPro™ railing is unconditionally guaranteed for life against cracking, peeling or chipping.
If the product should fail in accordance with any of the above conditions, the manufacturer, DekPro™, guarantees replacement or renewal of the defective parts, providing the purchaser has registered the purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of material. Notice of such a failure will be sent to manufacturer in writing together with a proof of purchase and photos showing the nature of the defect.
